ForceManager is still small enough that it has the family feel of a start-up but growing fast which means there are always exciting opportunities opening up for those ready to demonstrate initiative.

Must be ready to step out of your comfort zone and be willing to try new things. If you are not a self starter and want to work for a company where you are given rigid instructions to follow on a daily basis, this may not be the best place to work.
