I definitely agree with the other negative review... think devil wears prada. Unprofessional manangement where employees can be talked down to in front of other team members. Talking about staff with the office door wide open. Slight flexibility now with the working hours but for a long time for most staff it was 9-6 and if you take any longer than half an hour for lunch it will feel more like a guilty pleasure. The majority of positions have no salary increases unless you are promoted within Bonus advertised in interview based on company targets and hitting targets 95%... in reality it’s more like 50% and you will receive it 6months late
