Ventajas
Flinchbaugh Engineering used to be a close oriented company. New changes are needed to stay I float in the manufacturing industries but not the way this company is being ran now.
Desventajas
No respect for management, but if your are a friend of the higher ups then your in for a great position and salary. Lets not forget if you fail miserably at your position Flinchbaugh will be more than happy to promote you . They have kids running the company that only see things from a computer and not the real world. Building managers are a joke with the exception of a few that know how things are really are. They will promise but wont deliver, lose customers because of poor quality and on time delivery. Does not matter how long you work there ! once you tell them you are moving on they will treat you like garbage. My best advice … if you wanna be a push bottom thats your place to work. Don’t believe anything they will tell you.
