Desventajas

There are several processes in it. I’m talking about proctoring team.They came into this 2 years back and right from ops manager to TL, SME doesn’t know what info is to be taken from clients to follow in procedure.

None. Deadful company. Stay away

Desventajas

Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
