Ventajas

Quasi-flexible scheduling, Will hire anyone. Okay place for those fresh out of high school & live at home with no bills and financial responsibilities.

Desventajas

Management/Supervisory staff have propensity for thuggishness & bullying & will write you up for the slightest infraction. Members of leadership ie: Quality Management, Supervisors, behave & write as if they barely finished high school. There is absolutely no professionalism whatsoever: a categorically inane, and asinine company culture. They do not not like College Graduates. Most supervisors and leadership should be fired - a very lackluster environment.

Ventajas

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
