Job was interesting and challenging

Desventajas

Lied to throughout the recruitment process - was promised a wage of 23k and was actually paid 22.3k and told the rest would be made up as a bonus that was never delivered. Was told that Work from Home was possible in recruitment but then later told it wasn't available on our contract. Told them I needed four weeks notice before starting work with them and they gave me one weeks notice. Terrible Sickness policy where managers bully you to come in when sick. Managers who are at best stressed and overworked and at worst totally incompetent HR department massively incompetent and did not organise holidays in a timely manner.

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
