Ventajas

You get to genuinely help people, wonderful coworkers, decent pay for the area.

Desventajas

Employees are treated like school children, workload is more often than not more than one person can handle, and there is no recognition for those that go above and beyond from management. Employee moral is very low due to management focusing more on productivity then their employees, which in turn makes for unhappy employees, which makes for less productive employees.

Ventajas

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
