Ventajas

working arrangement is ok ........... ............... ............... income is not bad for the role good work experience there're some oportunities to interact, not a lot but it exists

Desventajas

little opportunity to progress career development is at standstill or snailpace... if at all it exists little available from superiors retraining/ interactive feedback is almost unavailable

None. Deadful company. Stay away

Desventajas

Everything. They do not speak english very well ( India based). They cut your pay if you do not meet quality or quantity matrix. As one of the highest producers,I exceeded my numbers every week. 1 week i was not feeling well my pay went from 18 to 6 an hour.
