      Ventajas

      Can work from home most days

      Desventajas

      Poor management, mixed messages during appraisals and favouritism amongst team. Very broken training given with constant changes. Turnover of staff is very high and understandably so, claim to offer a good work life balance which is not the case, some days working till late in the night and most of the team check work on days off to catch up. No one picks up work whilst you’re unwell or off which means backlog of work to come back to every time. Conflict of interest between management meaning nothing is ever really private. Inclusivity an issue also.

      - Experience teaching and managing classes. - Building curriculum and lesson planning skills. - Developing communication and presentation skills. - Working with young people and seeing their progress.

      Desventajas

      - High workload during busy periods. - Demanding role requiring significant time and energy. - Fast paced environment with competing priorities. Administrative requirements can be very time consuming. - Work-life balance can be challenging at times.

      Ventajas

      A great place to work where staff are supported and encouraged. The business continues to grow and new benefits are regularly being introduced to improve the employee offering. Senior Leaders are invested heavily in people.
