Ventajas

Everyone at First Direct is truly amazing to work with. There is no drama between any staff. We all get a long and have fun while getting stuff done. There is also a lot of opportunities for meeting new people and learning.

I have nothing good to say about this company.

Desventajas

The owner of this small company is the most abusive, toxic person I have ever met. He would constantly belittle every employee, including his own wife, would scream at people during meetings, talks over everyone and does not support individual thinking, slammed a door in the face of his employee, brings his religion into the workplace, lacks clear communication, constantly changes expectations without communicating them and then belittles those who don’t meet them. The owner takes pride in making people cry. They constantly talk bad about anyone who has worked there in the past, as well as applicants they interview. The employee turnover is astronomical and for good reason. This was a miserable experience.
