Ventajas
There was a culture of dishonesty and stealing there and people would mess about with your desk and computer. It's probably still going on. The atmosphere was a bit stuffy at times and tense. A lot of people were wanting to leave. I was glad I got out with my sanity intact. The managers don't really know how to lead they like to chastise without you knowing why maybe they had an axe to grind some of it was just so petty.
Desventajas
Bit of a bully culture and staff could be unreasonable those in control on a power trip The companies products you think they're okay but they look like Swiss cheese on the back end. The problem is they don't treat their employees very nice and some of the employees are thieves and try force people out
