Ventajas

It was once a fabulous place to grow, Now we are unsure.

Desventajas

Unless your in management there is no 40 hr work week, Thirty five or less is full time now, who knows what 2017 will bring, Our leaders are not forthcoming in all aspects of the future. They say leave if you are not happy here. Sad😓

Being a teller was fairly easy and quick learning for an entry level job

Desventajas

Had to work on saturdays

Ventajas

If you just want to come to work do your job and go home this is a good place for you. Friendly people and pleasant customers. We offered products that I personally still stand behind.

Desventajas

No movement within the company unless you are a manager. Constantly understaffed. If you're branch is helping out other branches they are not rewarded instead their own branch will suffer and not be able to bonus for the quarter. No work life balance.
