More laid back than other Real Estate companies. Does not insist on their Realtors to use very high energy lead following. Encourages to use community involvement and create relationships within the community as outreach.
Although the typical selling season is the very late winter into the summer a generous income can be made with proper time management. FLEXIBILITY = work / life balance. I really learned alot fomr the owner about the sales process, qualifying my clients and the proper techniques needed to get me over the initial learning curve. Offices have state of the art technology. Admin staff is locked on. Team mates are great. Competitive but team oriented.
Desventajas
Summertime is the peak earning season. Tough to get used to working as an independent contractor - not impossible, but takes a little bit. Winter is slower and it has drawbacks if you need income right now.
