Ventajas

Great work environment; Everyone treated each other like family; Great training programs to help you understand your job better

Desventajas

Did not have a lot of opportunity to grow; was a fairly new bank, so management was a little rusty; Would hire 1 person to do a 3 person job

Ventajas

small bank experience was nice to work for, freedom to make own hours was nice.

Desventajas

Corporate was run like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off, killed many deals with their incompetence to get files cleared and closed on day of closings.
