Ventajas

Pay is good and for the most part have a lot of responsibility

Desventajas

Communication is very bad and no one wants to help each other , they have a very it's not my job not my responsibility .

Ventajas

Great work environment; Everyone treated each other like family; Great training programs to help you understand your job better

Desventajas

Did not have a lot of opportunity to grow; was a fairly new bank, so management was a little rusty; Would hire 1 person to do a 3 person job
