Nothing whatsoever. There is no pros for racist sympathisers which is first Group. Especially in Glasgow.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company, who treat their employees worse than dirt. How they condone and sack their employees who've been attacked and racially abused. Disgraceful company who throw their staff under the proverbial bus. If anyone is THINKING on working for this mob, DON'T. From their absolutely clueless managers who haven't got a clue what they're doing, who's rather sit around and laugh and talk and drink coffee/tea to their controllers who talk to you like a piece of dirt. Even the head guy. Operations manager (don't laugh) , is a complete racist sympathiser. Rather side by racists than the drivers who go out and work. If this clown was half as good at his job, maybe the Caledonia depot and company as a whole wouldn't be losing drivers at an alarming rate. If any of the directors actually knew what was going on at Caledonia depot, everyone would be getting sacked. Terrible company who condone racist behaviour shouldn't be in business.
