The CIO acts as a bully and there is no oversight on his costly decisions and the chaos he has created. He was given the ultimate authority by the past leadership team and since they have left Finning, the new leadership team has not assessed CIO’s negative impact and outcomes so far. Moral is low and BP&S employees seem lost while the new CIO brings in more of his people on high paid roles and contracts.
