Ventajas
Working from home is such an amazing perk to working here. I feel as though I have tons of room for growth and advancement. My managers listen to my concerns and ideas and are constantly encouraging me to learn more. They offer great benefits and we have great bonuses, outings, and training opportunities. We partner with great charities and have a core set of values we incorporate into every interaction and task. They even send you gifts on employee appreciation day and your birthday! I have never felt this appreciated and encouraged in any other company I have ever worked for!
Desventajas
I really cannot think of any cons. I will say that I had a slight difficulty when I first started due to the lack of socialization you would get in a typical work environment, but that quickly went away when I began participating in the chats and went to some events and trainings. I definitely recommend getting up early and getting ready as if you were going into an office. It really helps get you in the right mindset.
