The customer support team at Fill-Rite works well together and everyone contributes to the success of the company. Stress levels in this role are negligible, and the pay rate is good.

Desventajas

Unfortunately, there are next to no opportunities for advancement in this role. Additionally, upper management is out of touch and it takes a long time for important leadership decisions to be made.

The benefits is great & the pay is good

Desventajas

The management is horrible. The plant manager will talk to you like your her child. The supervisor don't know how to handle conflict between employees. If you get harassed by different people they will think your the problem. You will lose your job if you get threatened & report it. If your a good employee who knows how to do your job good they wont move you off the line even tho you are getting harassed by the same employee over & over again.
