Ventajas
Management and staff are passionate about growth—growth as a product, as a company, along with personal and professional growth as an employee. I have seen the company grow from 4 to 30 total staff. Most have been around for 5 plus years and there is very little turnover mainly due to the genuine camaraderie of the majority of the staff. There is zero micromanagement—management is focused on growing the business and trust the employees to do their part to do the same. The office is a welcome, open environment and all employees have open lines of communication with everyone at the top, including the founders of the company.
Desventajas
Everyone wears a lot of hats—if you want to be a cog in the machine this is not the place for you. Everyone works hard and is busy—if you want attention and you need help you need to be the squeaky wheel. Anyone with any experience here is happy to help but you have to ask for it. Training was an issue when the company was much smaller but there have been significant improvements to on boarding and training processes in the last 5 years. That being said, everyone, even the most senior staff are expected to take it upon yourself to learn because the company and product is constantly evolving.
