Ventajas
-Discounts -You can mostly wear what you want (some managers literally where backwards hats and chucks) -A few solid managers to balance out the bad ones -Good software/tools to complete whatever it is you're working on. -Great IT department assistance -Experts on every part of guitar building available to ask questions too. -If you want to move up its possible but, requires work outside of work to influence that outcome.
Desventajas
-Raises are virtually nonnegotiable. Managers seem to have little to no influence over your raise. Expect cost-of-living or less unless you move up in position. You'll get excuses like "it's just not in the budget this year" even though they hit record-shattering profits that year. That money is going somewhere just, not to you because you are not a priority. -Cringeworthy "woke" messaging on display monitors and laced within company emails.
