Ventajas

Generous discount on instruments, okay work environment

Desventajas

Major division between the lower paid staff and higher paid staff. Very arrogant attitude from "upstairs" towards Sales and Customer Service "downstairs". No bonuses for sales and service, rarely promoted out of sales and service as we are the only team required to speak more than 1 language so they don't like us switching departments which makes progression impossible because they can't be bothered to look for someone else who meets the language requirements. Before covid, we were the only 2 teams not allowed to work from home for no valid reason whatsoever. You can forget a pay rise.

Ventajas

- super chill enviroment - great collegues - huge rock and roll culture - not super demanding depending on yearly projects - lots of fun activities year-round - great place to start your career; use it as a launchpad

Desventajas

- poor leadership; truly, IDK where they get these leaders from - you wont get any help, expect to be thrown in the deep end - frontline workers complain a lot, makes it hard to implement things
