Ventajas
FastWeb is a company owned by the corporation, Monster Worldwide. They pay fairly competitively and have good benefits. I believe Sal Iannuzzi has good intentions.
Desventajas
This was the MOST disorganized company I've ever worked for. I watched the company run itself into the ground. It was led by mostly well-meaning but VERY out of touch management. They tried hard but were way way too behind the times technologically to be running an online business. They have basically been taken over by another Monster-owned company who is very saavy. In a matter of months of gradually taking over the reins of many parts of the business, they've turned it around and I can only speculate will continue to do so. Lots and lots of people laid off, and eventually managers too. Replacing these managers who were stuck in 20th century technology and methods should help. The employees who were not mangers (more than half of them gone now) were actually up to date with the latest technologies, but their hands were almost COMPLETELY tied by upper management, many in my opinion just trying to appear relevant and hold onto their jobs.
