      Ventajas

      The working environment at FastNet was a friendly and co-operative at all the levels. And I got enough leeway to show and apply my knowledge and skills in the betterment of the stability of the company.

      Desventajas

      I feel, somehow there is still a need to segregate the duties to motivate the lower management of the hierarchy.

      Good management, easy going, good perks, full training given before starting

      Desventajas

      Sometimes they would help out the older team members by giving them extra which is ok but think it should be fairer
