Doesn't really put people first but really mainly giving more benefits to higher ups. Cost cuttings are really obvious High Qualificafications for office based but offer the same salary with shop floors. Management really doesn't pick the best leaders. Most of them have low comprehension. Doesn't give opportunities to everyone. Doesn't really listen to people and they take actions very slowly when it comes to their concerns. There's a lot of unfair labor practices inside the company Management makes you feel you're replaceable and they rarely see your effort. Very low rewards to service awardees. They became unfair to employees if the client demands on something. Toxic environment with level 2 feels like they are the boss and above everyone. Most of them are arrogants. Your Mission Vision and Values doesn't really reflect on the actual work.
