Horrible lack of organization and focus on upper management that causes unnecessary toxic communication. Consistently worsening product quality assurance- prices don’t match the cheap fabrics and shotty production. Lack of funds and support for store teams, in regards to team motivations and celebrations, marketing allocation, and maintenance needs. Horrible customer service online which tampers the overall customer experience and reduces brand loyalty. People who aren’t sample size often treated quite differently/poorly. Don’t get sick- you will be guilted into coming into work, or if you stand your ground and prioritize your health and your teams health you are retaliated against. And definitely don’t call out OSHA safety standards not being attended to- you may be fired. They promote string culture and values but consistently fall short on meeting those standards.
