Ventajas
In FactSet work life balance is excellent. Leaves are approved without any issues. Freedom to express concerns with managers. Good remuneration according to the current industry standards.
Desventajas
Rigorous training for only 3 weeks and after that we are given clients to deal. For a position like this enough training period should be given otherwise new hires feel overwhelmed. HR promised the training would be for 2 months, but that was not the case. Those who don't like interaction with clients on a daily basis will find this role to be difficult. This is purely a customer support role. Its not a con, but make sure to read the job description in detail.
