Rigorous training for only 3 weeks and after that we are given clients to deal. For a position like this enough training period should be given otherwise new hires feel overwhelmed. HR promised the training would be for 2 months, but that was not the case. Those who don't like interaction with clients on a daily basis will find this role to be difficult.
