You will travel to different cities

Desventajas

... you will be assigned a roommate with zero consideration of fit or complimentary schedules. You will make less than anyone else working the events, less than anyone doing this work should ever make. The management will speak to you disrespectfully one day, gaslight you another day and genuinely care the next - it's worse than bipolar - and they will always look out for themselves no matter what that means for the team. Schedules will change without warning or reason. Don't make plans or plan on income based on the schedule - it will change without warning or reason No chance to move elsewhere in the company - they will subvert any application to another job at Fabletics. Zero opportunity for growth. It's basically a sorority that does overnight camps where you work non stop, micro managed by people who have no idea what they are doing and even when they do constantly change their minds, blame the team or whoever they don't like that day for delays or issues that they themselves caused
