- The company brands itself as "Swedish" but it is run and owned by a family of Croatians and headquartered in China and Croatia. - The exec team are only looking out for best interest of profit, regardless of implications of unethical practices - don't be surprised if you are asked to do things that are wrong - Their success was not built on their groundbreaking technology - the brand got a big jump start from being closely linked to sister brands in other industries; the technology is identical - The culture is based on pitting others against each other; this stems down from the founder who loves conflict and aggressive competition and all of the directors and C level execs follow his bizarre directions for probably fear of loosing their own jobs or some other ridiculous reason - this causes mayhem and constant disorder on a daily basis - Backstabbing and manipulating others seems to be the way of the snakes in the company that have caused all the latest disruption; restructure is a result of conflict and talking behind people's backs; they recently went through two rounds of layoffs - Hence, don't expect any opportunity here if you've joined the US team - they've sent all the majority of local US jobs to the Croatian team which they openly state that it's because it's cheaper to hire over there. They've clearly asked all their new recruits to post fake reviews on Glass door -untrustworthy practices! - The company has a bad industry reputation and is known for unethical practices but they simply do not care
