She hates you, you are fired immediately, no reason given, no justification needed, no exit interview which to her is an unprofessional practice. WEIRD!! You are required to be on-time to work, must not late even in a seconds, if it is not avoidable, need to report beforehand, gives estimation arrival time. Not apply to her. Manager cannot lunch together with its subordinate. Employees between different departments cannot lunch together. In office cannot talk on work unrelated matter between employees. If she doesn’t understand what you are doing but your manager knows it very well, you are still FIRED immediately, no hassle for job handover. All employees are being oppressed, no freedom, treated like a machine to work 100% during office hour.
