Ventajas
- A few departments left that offer a challenging, fast paced work environment - The plus side to everyone being over employed is that you get to work alongside very skilled people -health benefits are terrific, time off is decent (3 weeks for new employees, increases after 2 yrs)
Desventajas
Most departments are reactive rat cages that work their employees till they drop, and then fire them for dropping. As a result the work environment sucks... very few are happy to be at work. I've worked in two different departments - one was a larger department that was living hell - treated like a machine, forced to do shady/unethical work, etc. Now working in a different department that is nearly too good to be true; very challenging, great people to work with - by in large, a positive experience is not the usual one here at ESI, but they do exist - I'm living proof of both.
