      Ventajas

      Brilliant colleagues and a really fabulous place to work. Enjoy the culture - it is results driven yet you are not micro-managed. Company leaders are very inspirational and approachable.

      Desventajas

      I can't think of anything that is major enough and worth mentioning - usual job stresses but nothing out of the ordinary

      It is great to see Explorers evangelize their positive journey and our culture. What I find truly inspiring is how much one can grow, thrive and enjoy the freedom of doing what it takes to make good things happen.       You have bosses who care about you as a person and will fight for you every second.

      Desventajas

      We are a luxury not a necessity, so with that comes hard work and constantly learning new things to be more competitive in the market.
