Ventajas
So many it's a bit crazy, but off the top of my head: - flat structure - open-border teams - choose your own adventure - pervasive sense of humility - remote friendly - unbelievable resources put towards feeling connected - mentorship - challenging and rewarding - work/life balance is incredible - there's no catch. We do literally everything we say.
Desventajas
You have to be able to learn how to drink from a firehose (not a bad lesson!). There's a million and one cool things to work on, so you have to really ask yourself where and how you want to grow, and then follow it.
