Seniors have become used to outdated processes, "it's always been done like this, so no change needed" -mindset. 2. Extremely low base salary (minimum wage) compared to alike companies, no extra benefits, lack of secondary benefits. 3. Canteen food is expensive, self-use barista machine is dirty, nobody cleans the cups, canteen staff is rude, coffee machines are not properly cleaned and rinsed through.
