Fun, laid back atmosphere. The sales floor is typically a younger crowd. Lots of opportunities to learn and develop in your sales career. The people are friendly and encouraging. That is something that should continued and encouraged.
Desventajas
Training can be a bit intense for the first 2-3 months. You need to put up sales or your commission won't be great. Your pay is linked to your performance. This can be hard for people to understand if they aren't familiar with the commission plan.

They will literally hire anyone so if you NEED a job this will be a good bridge between places
Desventajas
When you are first hired, you are expected to make 100+ calls a day and cycle through old company leads that didn't purchase data until you can make 6 sales in which you get 2 months to do so? But thats it.
Once you get promoted you never actually get commission unless you find a wale client and event then some of the most talented people have left because every time you make commission the goal gets pushed ever further so ensure they don't have to pay you out.
