Everyone in the company is very supportive of one another and other teams. Employee education and growth is valued.

Desventajas

May be a con for some, but a pro for me: fast paced and always changing, so you need to be able to adapt quickly.

-The majority of co-workers are willing to help you -Exposure to customers located all over the world -Plenty of opportunities to learn new skills

Desventajas

-The company was acquired by a larger one (PROS) who was already struggling -The new management determined that a round of layoffs was needed, even when our organization was not causing the problem
