Ventajas
- Great Benefits (comparing other Puerto Rico companies) and flexibility (depending on your area of work). - New CEO doing some interesting things (like the internal Tech Summit).
Desventajas
- No onboarding orientation (1 or 2 hours the first-day signing papers doesn't count as a great onboarding session), almost everything you will learn it from your co-workers. - Not a great work/life balance. - On call can make you crazy and will prevent you from sleeping sometimes. - Work imbalance between co-workers (if you are good doing what you do, expect that your boss will give you a lot of additional responsibility). - Remote work for some people without any reason (even some new employees manage to get remote work). - Sometimes extremely old applications to work with.
