New leadership has turned the company around with strong sales growth and excellent customer retention. While some unhappy with the changes, the company was previously not on the right road, pouring investment into features that customers didn't care about.

Some employees remember the days of rampant unfocused spending and seem to miss them.

Great remote work culture, with hardware to get started. Benefits and PTO was above average. Stock options for early employees. Great culture of Recommendations and accolades on a Quarterly basis. Every group and department helped one another regardless of the situation.

Leadership seems wandering, LOTS of resources spent on execs and diredctors, titles, and promotions. But when it came to the IC it was lacking. Virtually no top down communication. Directors always seemed as if they were holding back the bigger picture.
