Ventajas

It offers consistent days,hrs,and fair pay

Desventajas

Management is buddy buddy. Some team leads are better than others. Depending on campaign, calls can be fast paced and you're expected to say script,rebuttal and have a good attitude with each client . No time to decompress from each call Clients can be rude ,demanding and abusive. Environment is often loud and distracting. It's a fight to hear the person on the phone plus stressful knowing they can hear background noise too. Stats are impossible to achieve, bonus not worth it.
