Employees face sudden tax cuts/LOP's with no information or explaination. 7. No bonus or hike since last 5 years and at the same time top management organizes events in luxurious hotels 8. Outdated technology and systems provided 9. Bias between HQ and branch offices. Few branches like Kolkata have broken ceiling. 10. Engagement activity is almost nil. No intervention in terms of culture, employee development or training. 11. Women employees are very little in number. Managers openly make sexist jokes and insult them. 12. Average age group working here is old 40-50 yrs. Young employees leave within 1 year of joining. 13. Unprofessional subsidiary entities
