The role is advertised at 70k OTE. This means that if you are hitting your target every month you will earn 70k per year. This is not the case, they have around 30 protection advisors in the business the average earnings are around 45k per year. Only 2 people earn close to 70k per year and they receive business leads for business protection. If your happy to earn 45k per year then you should earn this, probably not in the first year though, this would be more like 35k -40k as it takes 5 months to earn anything. I have posted this as I dont think its fair lying to people about unrealistic earnings. Ask to see payslips at the interview, ask for proof about first year earnings. Its for this reason they have a very high turnover of new starters. Only company I have ever worked for that doesnt provide complimentary Coffee and Tea as well. I have posted this becuse people shouldnt be lied to regarding OTE.
