Ventajas

There are no pros about this company.

Desventajas

- You are constantly monitored on how many minutes you stay on the phone with the client. - You are recorded to see if you say the customer's name often during the phone call. (ex. you need to at least say the person's name 5 time during the convo) - YOU MUST SELL AND UPSELL even if the client says no you must push to make sure you make your sale.

Tasks can be repetitive; teams are scattered across the province, making it difficult to create a feeling of belonging.

Ventajas

Small company, well structured. Executive branch is well accessible. Not a lot of oversight and it feels like we are trusted to do our job.

Desventajas

Lime many other brokerage you basically sell exclusively intact products. Often times if feels more like being an agent than a broker. Less advancement opportunities since there's only a handful of team leaders. The work from home setup is big and clunky (hard phone, mini pc, no WiFi possible), which makes it almost impossible to be mobile.
