Ventajas

It's the people and culture that make Engine rather unique. Super smart and inspiring people who are not cocky but always willing to learn from each other - which can be a rare scene in this industry. Engine will always be the one who evolves the art of service design and will be seen as the pioneer. Everyone - whether you are a designer or studio assistance - is invited to participate in this process, and your opinion will always be respected, regardless of how crazy it may sound. If you are thinking of working there, don't hesitate. I spent many happy years at Engine.

Desventajas

The base salary may seem lower if you compare it with some of the in-house jobs from large organisations. This will be made up by being able to be part of defining what the future service design will be all about.
