      Ventajas

      They really work around your class schedule because it's a student employee job and for the school they have good pay.

      Desventajas

      The people in upper management have no idea how the lower departments work and they try and tell you how to do your job in the most inefficient way possible.

      Ventajas

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Desventajas

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
