Micro management beyond insanity. This company is small (family owned and operated) There is zero room for growth here unless you’re related to the owner. There are reps here doing the same exact things for 3+ years. There’s no change. No room for advancement. Besides the low salary... the software is confusing and very outdated. The software is constantly broken which causes your clients to be consistently mad at you. Health benefits are also expensive here because it’s a small company. No 401k offered. PTO is offered but not enough to even take a small vacation. The management is constantly checking up on you and is extremely rude. I would avoid this company unless you’re very desperate. Lastly, the good reviews listed here are per the request of management to current employees.

Thank you for your feedback. I am truly sorry you felt you had such a terrible experience with us. That is not the kind of workplace I have tried to build, and I really feel bad about failing you there, even if in the end it just wasn't a good fit for you. To address some of your points: While I do agree our company structure is relatively flat due to being a relatively small company, there is still room for advancement. There are multiple grades for each position with increasing pay and responsibilities, even if there is not always openings to promote everyone to be a manager. However, any advancement does take time, and there will not be rapid advancement when you haven't even completed a year here. The software is very large and complex to be sure, and can be difficult for some people to learn. But we are always striving to make improvements to evolve the product, our training, and our customer service, and we will keep getting better. PTO scales with tenure. Before you complete your first year, you do start with less PTO, but for those that work longer, they get more. For employees that complete their first year, they also start to accrue vacation separate from their PTO pool so that they can take vacations, and this also grows over time. Your comments about management are concerning, and I personally apologize if anyone was rude to you. It is our goal to provide a civil work environment, so I am sorry if you experienced otherwise. That should not be the case, and we will work harder to make sure of that. For your last point, we have never forced anyone to write a positive review for us. We do ask employees to submit their feedback occasionally in order to expand our presence online, but we have never required it, nor have there even been any repercussions for not doing so or for leaving a negative review. We have always repeatedly emphasized that. I believe that everyone's feedback is worth inviting, whether it is positive or ever if it is negative like your experience. It is this feedback that helps us grow and improve as a company, so I appreciate you taking the time to add yours, and I wish you good luck in your future endeavors.

The sales team was yelled at like they were children. worse though because the owner/manager cursed at them
