      Ventajas

      Really smart people and if you can keep up, you can learn a lot quickly

      Desventajas

      It's unlikely you'll keep up without giving up your life. There is no way to say no to anything here, everything is a priority and everything has to be done yesterday. They have a very weird clique going on consisting of the people who started first there, an extremely unhealthy competitor relationship and really little work/life balance. The industry is volatile and the company does not know how to handle that in their workplace - that was clearly shown when covid hit and they fired half the company overnight. In the world of crypto - you can find better.

We work hard to create an engaging and positive culture and work environment but, of course, we don't get it right all of the time and I'm truly sorry your experience was the opposite of what we try to create. While responding to the challenges brought by the pandemic, we had to make some difficult decisions.       Desventajas

      * Hypergrowth brings a level of ambiguity and constant change, maybe not for those who prefer fixed structures and daily predictability. * Prioritization triage is fundamental - internal processes and change management are evolving as the company scales and may lead to misalignment or rework at times. * Navigating shifting priorities can require resilience and adaptability, especially as the business moves quickly.
