For Freshers who are interested in networking and infrastructure related opportunities you will get a good learning experience , where you cannot get in any other big company.By the end of 2 years your knowledge is equalant to 5 yrs exp resources in the market. (Unless you dare to work without thinking about the benifits you are getting) Good learning exposure, As for as learning you will have full previledge to work in all technical stuff you wanted to.
