      Ventajas

      The team is awesome and are very welcoming. They are all very fun to talk to and very approachable. Like if you need something, they're just a text away and they will help out. And Mr. Cross is just the bestest boss in this entire universe! He's the most understanding and considerate employer and he's willing to lend a helping hand if you need it. Everyone I know in the company are very patient and driven to solve issues of the clients which I think are the keys of making this company a huge success.

      Desventajas

      I couldn't attend their staff lunch which I heard was always fun and awesome. :)

      Ventajas

      Small company so everyone is tight with each other. This can also be a bad thing possibly, but luckily everyone was great to work with. Did a lot of fun stuff. I'd much rather work here than be the IT guy for one company and just watch the same stuff hum away. That would be super boring.

      Desventajas

      If you can't learn quick you will be in trouble. You can't coast along here like you might in some large company were there are 100 people doing you same job.

      Ventajas

      NOTHING! I was there from 2016 to 2024. I was let got with zero notice. The reason? "We are going in a different direction."

      Desventajas

      They treat people with zero regard.
