      Ventajas

      There is a clear vision, mission, and values. From day one, the senior leadership has been more focused on culture than strategy, which for me is everything. Strategies are pointless if people don't execute them. Love being a part of a place that invests in its people and views them as paramount to business success.

      Desventajas

      The work environment is remote only. If you need to be in an office setting, this may not be the place for you. Otherwise, no complaints.

      -Self directed PTO - Flexible schedule - Work from the comfort of your own home -Opinions or suggestions are always welcome, it is easy to discuss with supervisors what you think needs to change -Supportive and safe work environment, this company believes in the importance of taking care of yourself especially your mental health, mental health days are encouraged -Great benefits! -It is less of company feel and more like a family

      Desventajas

      -Work from home so there is not always a ton of human interaction -It is a startup so sometimes a day can be unpredictable as we adjust to changes and formulate better processes and workflows
