Ventajas
Very free work life. You get to come and go as you want without any consequences. I mean you go to one of the small offices in Fort Worth that normally house 40 people. But only 5 or 6 are really ever there. It’s amazing . Lots of chances for advancement because turnover is so high across all opportunities. Free passes on your as9100 registrar audits. This company has no place owning an AS9100 cert. NQA must be blind or have horrible auditing skills. There is zero control over any product or process. This isn’t as exaggeration at all. It’s bad! Program managers don’t even know that there buyers aren’t buying things for over a year!!!!!! So if you’re a buyer you can get paid to do nothing and no one will care. They will blame you in the end though. So there’s that.
Desventajas
See comments in pros and you will umderstand. There is zero on boarding. You’re on your own. Company business card is horrible. Do not use it!!!! No online access. No statements sent to you. It’s a joke. Management is a joke. There’s so many uppers that don’t have a clue as to what they need to do to fix this place. They talk big with zero action. They’ve messed up relationships with Boeing and Lockheed.
